Steven Lawther is the founder of Red Circle Communications Ltd. Steven is a research and communications expert with a strong track record in delivering for clients. Steven is the former Head of Communications for the Scottish Labour Party, where he advised senior Labour politicians on strategy and polling. He was instrumental in helping devise the strategy for the successful 2001, 2005, 2010 General Elections in Scotland and the 2003 Scottish Parliament election. He has worked with political clients in Wales and Northern Ireland and spent time at Greenberg Quinlan Rosner Research - a leading US research agency - during the 2004 US Presidential Election. He held a number of senior positions in the research industry on both the agency and client side and has an MSc in Social Research from the University of Edinburgh.

Kirsty Evans is an Associate Researcher with a wealth of public and private sector experience. She has successfully managed projects for a wide range of clients including Virgin Airlines, the Department of Health, Nokia, Visit Scotland, Boots the Chemists, Friends of the Earth, the BBC, Visa and the Inland Revenue. Kirsty has a first class degree in marketing and has lectured and written numerous articles on social marketing. She brings her clarity of thought and tremendous insight to analysing qualitative research findings.
